Matty Chalk is a Consultant Psychologist and our Clinical Director who brings a thoughtful, compassionate approach to neurodevelopmental assessment and support. He works across NHS and private services, helping children, young people, adults, and families gain clarity, understanding, and practical next steps. Matty specialises in autism and ADHD assessments and works in a way that is aligned with NICE guidance. He takes time to understand each individual's strengths, challenges, and wider context, combining clinical interviews, developmental history, and evidence-based tools to ensure assessments feel thorough, balanced, and meaningful. Alongside his clinical work, Matty provides clinical leadership, supervision, and oversight to ensure high standards of care across the service.

Registered Learning Disability Nurse
Registered Learning Disability Nurse with extensive experience supporting children, adolescents and adults living with Intellectual Disability, neurodevelopmental needs and mental health challenges.
Natalie Chakaduka is a Registered Learning Disability Nurse with over 30 years’ experience in the NHS, supporting children, adolescents and adults with intellectual disabilities, neurodevelopmental needs and mental health challenges, alongside their families and carers. Natalie began her career in Adult Learning Disability services, working across residential and community settings before moving into Child and Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS). For the past 22 years, she has worked within neurodevelopmental pathways, supporting children and young people with a wide range of needs, including mental health difficulties, communication differences and behaviours that challenge. Natalie has extensive experience contributing to comprehensive neurodevelopmental and autism assessments, including the use of ADI-R, 3Di and ADOS. Her areas of expertise include autism, ADHD, learning disability, mental health and neurodevelopmental screening. She has also completed the National Autism Training Programme and has significant experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support frameworks. Natalie is committed to compassionate, evidence-based and person-centred practice, ensuring that children, adults and their families feel listened to, understood and supported throughout the assessment process. Outside of work, Natalie enjoys walking, photography, arts and crafts.

Xen has extensive clinical experience working across NHS neurodevelopmental and mental health services with children, adolescents, adults, and families. His work includes neurodevelopmental assessments, post-diagnostic support, psychoeducation, behavioural interventions, and emotional formulation. Xen has particular interests in late diagnosis, transition into adulthood, trauma-informed practice, and supporting individuals with co-occurring mental health difficulties.

Dr. Krystle Nurse is a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with over 15 years of service within the NHS. She holds a BSc in Psychology from Brunel University and a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the University of East London. Since qualifying, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults across a wide range of mental and physical health settings, with particular expertise in neurodivergence. Her assessment experience includes autism assessments, with training in ADOS-2 and experience using the 3Di and ADI-R assessment frameworks. Dr. Nurse adopts a holistic, bio-psychosocial approach, tailoring interventions to the needs of each individual. As an integrative practitioner, she draws on evidence-based therapies including CBT, DBT, ACT, systemic, and trauma-informed approaches. Dr. Nurse has extensive experience within Child & Adolescent Mental Health Services (CAMHS), alongside providing supervision, consultation, training, and contributing to wider service development initiatives. Recognised for her curiosity, flexibility, and thoughtful approach, Dr. Nurse works collaboratively and with strong cultural and contextual sensitivity to create a safe, responsive, and empowering therapeutic environment. Her practice is grounded in compassion, clinical rigour, and a deep respect for the diverse experiences of the children, families, and professionals she supports.
