Do you accept insurance?
We're a private provider and don't work directly with insurance companies. However, we can provide detailed invoices that you may be able to claim back from your insurance provider.
What's included in the assessment price?
All our assessment prices are comprehensive and include: initial call with your case handler, clinical interviews, observational assessments, multidisciplinary review, detailed report, feedback session, and GP notification.
Are there any hidden costs?
No. The prices shown are complete. The only additional costs would be if you choose optional add-ons like extra school observations or post-diagnostic support sessions.
Can I get a refund if I want to cancel?
Yes, you can get a refund if you cancel within 3 days of your Initial Consultation and 5 days of your first assessment appointment. Please see our terms and conditions for our full refund policy.
